As Associate Counsel, Gabriella brings her prior experience working as a general practitioner in intellectual property, commercial litigation, and a variety of corporate, real estate and sales transactions.
Gabriella began her legal career at the New York-based fully bilingual general practice firm Arrufat Gracia PLLC where she served Latin American and Spanish startups and worked on such diverse matters as commercial litigation, criminal defense, corporate transactions, real estate, liquor licensing, and intellectual property.
Gabriella earned her J.D at New York University School of Law in 2013, where she served as a board member of the Art Law Society and was a founding member of the NYU Journal of Intellectual Property and Entertainment Law. While in school, Gabriella served as a legal assistant at the Kings County District Attorney Early Case Assessment Bureau and interned with the NYU Center on Law and Security. Gabriella graduated from Columbia University with a bachelor of arts, double-majoring in Political Science and Visual Arts. She is admitted to practice in New York, Florida, and the United States District Court for the Southern District of New York.
