Minjia joins Delos Ventures with a strong background in law, economics and finance. She brings her interdisciplinary skill sets and insights of emerging markets to the work of strategic planning and investment at Delos. Minjia has professional experience in over ten countries across Asia, Africa and North America. She has worked with Inter-American Development Bank, Grameen Bank in Bangladesh (2006 Nobel Peace Prize Laureate), Centre d’Education Inclusif in Haiti, SMEs in Lesotho, consulting firms in Asia and etc. The projects she led and consulted on include impact investment, micro-finance, healthcare, intellectual property law, education and environmental protection.

Minjia holds a Bachelor Degree of Laws from Sun Yat-sen University in China. During the study at law school, she served as the captain of her university’s parliamentary debate team and was selected as Chinese youth representative to the United Nations Climate Change Conference (UNFCCC). Minjia also studied Social Entrepreneurship at University of California in Los Angeles and got her Master of Public Administration degree with a concentration on economics and finance from Cornell University.
