GRESB Health and Well-Being Module, 2017
GRESB launched their first health and well-being module in 2016 and their much-anticipated second year results are in. Over 252 global respondents, representing 32,749 assets, participated in the 2017 health and well-being survey.
The assessment showed that entities typically integrate health and well-being interventions internally (i.e., providing sit-stand desks for all their employees) before extending them to their external offerings (i.e., providing advanced air filtration systems in buildings they own and lease out).
The survey also highlighted an increase in the use of health metrics such as indoor air quality measures, experiences / opinions, and job performance as compared to 2016. Many of the top performers in the GRESB assessment are pursing WELL certification for their buildings.
