Colleen Riley
Deputy General Counsel


As Deputy General Counsel, Colleen brings her prior experience in a variety of corporate, banking, financing, leasing, sales and acquisition transactions. Colleen began her legal career as an Associate in the Energy, Infrastructure, Project and Asset Finance (EIPAF) group at White & Case LLP, a leading international law firm.

Before joining White & Case, Colleen was the first employee hired by the co-founders of FEED Projects. At FEED, Colleen worked with outside counsel on intellectual property and general corporate issues while also coordinating with manufacturers and potential partners to further the company’s mission of creating good products that help feed the world. Prior to her time at FEED, Colleen worked at the Clinton Global Initiative, part of the Clinton Foundation.

Colleen graduated from the University of California, Santa Barbara with a bachelor of arts in political science and a minor in educational studies. She earned her juris doctorate from Harvard Law School and is admitted to practice in New York.
