Prior to joining the Business Development team, Daniel worked as an assistant project manager and field engineer focused on the restoration and sustainability of an island facing severe erosion. His passion for engineering concentrated on human factors grew while interning in an ergonomics engineering lab, where he performed research funded by NASA and the Maryland Space Grant Consortium. This work included the complete setup of a lab capable of monitoring the visual patterns of a subjects’ eyes as well as the observation and documentation of these patterns for research purposes.
Daniel graduated with a degree in Aerospace Engineering from the University of Maryland. During his studies, he served as an Intern at Delos doing research and database creation focused on ergonomic and medical advancements throughout human history.
