PII includes information that personally identifies you, such as your name, telephone number, postal address and email address (or other information that is associated by us with such information), and non-personally identifiable information is information that does not personally identify you, including anonymous information and aggregated data about visitors to the Site. To Join Our Mailing List, Submit a Question or Request a Speaker:
If you sign up on the Site to join our mailing list and receive updates, if you request that one of our team members speak at your event, or if you submit a question, we will collect, store and use your email address to send you such information. We will also collect and store your name, as well as other personally identifiable information you may opt to provide to us, such as your postal address and telephone number.
To Download a Research Report:
In the event, you wish to download a research report from the Site, we may ask you provide an email address, your name and profession, which will allow us to provide you additional updates and notify you about new information and reports that become available.
To purchase products at the Stay Well Shop:
In order to purchase a product at the Stay Well Shop at staywellshop.com, you may provide name, title, address, phone number, email address, credit card and billing information, and other relevant data. We do not require this information to obtain access to any area of the Sites, however, you are required to create a new account or login as a registered user prior to ordering any products on the Sites. You are advised to keep your log-in information confidential when using the Site or any other website to which you are disclosing PII.
b. Information collected by technology such as cookies
We and third parties we may engage or work with use technologies like cookies to help you use our services more easily and to provide us analytics and help us continuously improve the Site and services we provide to you. In addition, in the event Delos becomes the subject of an insolvency proceeding, whether voluntary or involuntary, Delos or its liquidator, administrator, receiver or administrative receiver may sell, license, or otherwise dispose of such information in a transaction approved by the court.

VII. INFORMATION REGARDING CHILDREN
The Site is not directed to children (persons under 13 years of age), and Delos does not knowingly collect any personal information from children. If you are concerned about your child’s use of the Site, you may use web-filtering technology to supervise or limit access to the Site. If a child under 13 has provided personally identifiable information to us through the Site, a parent or guardian may inform us at [email protected], and we will use commercially reasonable efforts to delete it from our database, subject to applicable law and this Policy.
VIII. ONLINE TRACKING
Delos does not track users of the Site over time and across third party websites to provide targeted advertising, and therefore does not respond to Do Not Track (“DNT”) signals. However, some third-party sites do keep track of your browsing activities when they serve you content, which enables them to tailor what they present to you. If you are visiting such sites, your browser allows you to set the DNT signal so that third parties (particularly advertisers) know you do not want to be tracked.

X. INTERNATIONAL USE
This Policy is governed by the internal substantive laws of the State of New York in the United States, without regard to its conflict of laws principles. Jurisdiction for any claims arising under or out of this Policy shall lie exclusively with the state and federal courts within the State of New York. If any provision of this Policy is found to be invalid by a court having competent jurisdiction, the invalidity of such provision shall not affect the validity of the remaining provisions of this Policy, which shall remain in full force and effect.
