Overlooked for decades, the significant part of Warsaw’s city heart is now undergoing a complete transformation. Varso is an exceptional mixed-use place developed by HB Reavis, consisting of a 230m tall tower (310m with the spire) and two lower buildings. The designers and engineers behind the largest (140,000 sq m GLA) business center in the Polish capital city are going to great lengths to ensure a proper room layout and select optimal healthy solutions and technical features. With its approach introduced at the building design and construction stage, Varso Tower was awarded WELL Precertification at the Gold level. It is the first scheme to achieve this certification in Poland, as well as in the entire Central Europe.
